All the best of your hot winter beverages:
Coffee--1 bags, 12 ounces, of Green Caffeen Full City roast ground coffee. This is mountain grown, shade grown, heirloom Arabica coffee fermented in small batches and roasted in even smaller batches. It's good stuff.
Tea--2 ounces of loose-leaf black Chirrepeco tea, grown, picked, and fermented in the mountains of Guatemala.
Chai--2 ounces of that same snazzy Chirrepeco tea, blended with allspice, black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, and nutmeg suitable for mulling with milk and honey.
Vanilla syrup--8 ounces of homemade vanilla syrup made from aged vanilla beans
Honey--1 pound of local honey.
Rosa de Jamaica--2 ounces of dried Rosa de Jamaica calyxes. (I'll be you've never drunk a calyx before.) You won't be disappointed.
Hot Chocolate Mix--Our homemade dry hot chocolate just needs hot water or hot milk to be ready in moments.
