Greens
We grow a host of cool season raw greens and cooking greens. We use only open-pollinated, heirloom varieties, and in some cases we raise our own seed. They are "organic-adjacent" meaning we'll never be certified, but we don't use any herbicides, fungicides, or pesticides and we can guarantee you that nothing touched the leaves except good old Missouri dirt.
